Meet the Owner

Welcome to Dolly Bird’s Boutique. I’m Caroline and I am the owner. I’m a mum to 2 amazing daughters and grandmother to 4 beautiful girls. I started Dolly Bird’s just over 2 years ago just as lockdown hit the UK I took a chance and started my boutique on Facebook. It gave people a chance to see the latest looks they would normally be able to access from the high street from the comfort of their home. Having established a great customer base, I decided to start up my website giving you a more streamlined shopping experience with access to all my stock. 

I have always been passionate about delivering great customer service as in an industry with so much competition, catering to my customers is key. I always try and model my clothing so my customers can see it on a real figure not a model and I’m always honest with my descriptions and sizing. 

My goal is to cater to all sizes, bringing you all the latest fashions with the best quality.
